We appreciate your interest in the items offered for sale on carolargo.com. Except as
provided below, all sales are final and non-returnable. The terms and conditions of this
Refund Policy apply only to items purchased via the Shopping Cart at carolargo.com. Items
purchased in any other manner may not be returned to The Fitness Company
shall have no responsibility or liability in connection with such other items.
1. ERRONEOUS SHIPMENT
The Fitness Company will exchange an item that was erroneously shipped to you
for the correct item, provided:
shipping date; and
3. UNSATISFACTORY ITEM
The Fitness Company will exchange an item
that you deem unsatisfactory for another item
offered for sale (and in stock) of equal or lesser value, provided:
shipping date, and
4. PROCEDURE FOR REFUNDS
Any items to be exchanged in accordance with this Refund Policy, must be returned to The Fitness Company at the following address:

You must include with any items to be exchanged, a written statement of the reasons for such exchange, including as applicable the error in the shipment, the nature of any defect, or the reason the item is unsatisfactory, together with your Order ID number.
In the event of a return due to an erroneous shipment or defective item, you shall pay in advance all return shipping costs, and The Fitness Company will issue you a credit or refund (at the option of The Fitness Company), in the amount of the actual return shipping costs, up to a maximum of $4.00 per shipment. You will not be charged any additional fees or shipping charges for replacement items.
In the event of a return due to an unsatisfactory item, you shall be responsible for and pay in advance all return shipping costs, and you will be assessed an additional shipping charge, in accordance with the rates specified at the Shopping Cart, for the replacement items. You hereby consent and authorize The Fitness Company to charge to your credit card on file with the The Fitness Company the amount of the additional shipping charge.
Please allow up to three weeks for the processing of returns and shipping cost credits or refunds. We will notify you via email of your exchange and any shipping cost credit or refund.
The Fitness Company recommends that you send your returned items via an
insured carrier. The Fitness Company is not responsible for lost or damaged
